Shipping & Returns:
  • Orders are shipped within 7 business days.

  • If you wish to exchange your purchase, you may do so within 50 days of delivery, following our Exchange Policy.

  • Custom or engraved pieces cannot be exchanged unless defective.

 

Liability:
  • Fémora is not liable for delays caused by courier or unforeseen circumstances.

  • However, our support team will always assist in tracking and resolving shipping concerns.
