Each Fémora piece is handcrafted and quality-checked before shipping.

• Orders are dispatched within 7 business days from the date of purchase.
   

• You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships.
   

• All pieces are shipped in our signature Fémora box with protective packaging.
   

Exchange Policy

We want you to love your jewellery. If something doesn’t feel right, you can exchange your piece within 30 days of receiving it.

• The item must be unworn, with original tags and packaging.
   

• To initiate an exchange, email us at femora.co.in@gmail.com with your order number.
  Our team will guide you through the process and arrange the exchange as smoothly as possible.
   

Please note: Custom-made or engraved pieces are non-exchangeable unless defective.
